Upon check-in, our family was warmly greeted with a thorough property tour, including detailed instructions on using the communal lower-level onsen, ensuring a safe and serene experience for all. the spacious rooms, adorned with traditional tatami mats, were a delight to unwind in after a day of exploration. One of the highlights was the personal in-room onsen, where we immersed ourselves in the healing waters while gazing out at the breathtaking Beppu view. It was a serene experience that truly captured the essence of Japanese hospitality. While the hotel boasts a peaceful atmosphere, it's not far from the vibrant city, offering guests a perfect balance of nature and nightlife. If you're seeking a family-friendly retreat that harmonizes traditional charm with modern comforts, Terrace Midoubaru is a captivating choice.
